CCT Celebrate

The theme at CCT this week is Celebrate. I have made a new baby card  with the recently released Rub A Dub Dub stamp set by Lawn Fawn and also the Quilted Backdrop die. I have coloured the images with Copics and added a touch of glitter to the bubbles. The sentiment is also from the stamp set and I have die cut it with the Fishtail Flag Frame dies by MFT.
