Cute Card Thursday 'Thank You Miss' Challenge

This week's Cute Card Thursday challenge is to make a thank you card for a teacher. I have used a Tilda image from Magnolia and My Minds Eye papers.

Papertakes 'Favourite Things' + Tilda + Friends Challenges

This weeks Papertakes challenge is to have your favourite things on your card. Well my fav stamps are Magnolia (no suprise there!!) and cats are my fav animals so this image which I have coloured with Copics is perfect for the challenge. I also love the EK Success retro flower punches and my new Mc Gill branch punch and photo corner punch. We have a fab prize on offer this week so why not check out the challenge here.
The challenge at Tilda and Friends is to have no people on your ATC. I have used this super cute monkey image from Magnolia and I have coloured him with Copics.

Toodles + Binks DT Card

Here is another DT card using the new releases from Toodles and Binks, which are available from The Stamp Galaxy. I have used the fab Rose Tapestry background stamp which is huge but stamps perfectly and one of the lovely new sentiments. The image is coloured with with Copics and I used Nestabilities Labels 4 to cut out the sentiment. The butterfly is a Cuttlebug cut and emboss die.
Sorry about the bad photo but the weather is terrible here! If you click on the pic you can see the colours much better.

Magnolia Down Under Challenge

This weeks Magnolia Down Under challenge is a fab sketch. I decided to use an old Magnolia wedding car stamp which I bought ages ago and have only just got round to using. The papers are from My Minds Eye and are a lovely soft black but they are impossible to photograph properly!!

Toodles + Binks DT Card 'Explore'

There have been some new stamp releases from Toodles and Binks and this is a card I have made using the 'Explore' stamp, isn't it cute, I love the cats tail curled round her leg. The stamps are available from The Stamp Galaxy along with the other new release which is a beautiful rose stamp.

Papertake Weekly and Tilda + Friends Challenge

This weeks challenge at Papertake is another fabulous sketch by Dawny, I rotated the sketch so I could fit Tilda on the card!! The papers are Basic Grey (the dark mark is actually on the paper - not a stain!!) and I have coloured the image with Copics.This weeks challenge at Tilda and Friends is to have red, blue and white on your ATC and some stars and stripes to celebrate American Independence Day.

Cute Card Thursday 'Wheely Good Fun'

The theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is Wheely Good Fun, we would like to see something with wheels on your card. I have used some of the new Magnolia Pets + Animals Collection stamps, which I got from Sir Stampalot and Basic Grey papers. The beige coloured strip has been embossed using the Forest Branches folder, which I have only just noticed in the catalogue!

Tilda + Friends '3D Fun' Challenge

Papertake Weekly 'Delightful Downloads' Challenge

This week at Papertakes we are been sponsored by Sally Ann from DigiStamp Boutique and the DT all got to choose an image to use on their cards. I chose Eric The Dino and teamed him up with these fabby papers from Basic Grey. Don't forget to pop over here and check out the other fab DT cards.
The swimming was great on Sunday, it was nice and quiet in the pool and I managed to swim a mile (66 lengths) so I was very pleased with myself!!

Magnolia Down Under 'Colour Combo' Challenge

This weeks challenge at Magnolia Down Under is a colour combo, you need to use brown and cream on your card with either pink, blue, or orange. I chose to use blue with the brown and cream and used these fabby My Minds Eye papers and Guitar Edwin. The stars are also Magnolia stamps, I stamped them onto the DP and ran them through the Cuttlebug with the spots and dots embossing folder.

Magnolia DT Monkey + 'Shrunk' Parrot Card

Here is another Magnolia DT card using stamps from the new Pets and Animals 09 Collection. This is just the cutest monkey and he is great to colour. I was also sent the parrot in my DT kit and there was no room to fit him on this card so I decided to stamp him on shrink plastic so he could sit on the vines! The flowers have been punched out and I have used vellum for some of them.

Cute Card Thursday 'Tag' Challenge

This weeks challenge at Cute Card Thursday is to make a tag card or to have a tag on your card. I have made a tag shaped card using Bazzill card and Cosmo Cricket papers, the Tilda is one which I found in my box that had never seen ink before!! I have embossed the top piece of card with the Cuttlebug and used lots of different punches.

Tilda and Friends 'Fathers Day' Challenge and a Magnolia DT Card

This weeks challenge at Tilda and Friends is to make an ATC for Fathers Day. I have used Tyrolean Edwin and Basic Grey papers, the sentiment is printed from the PC.
