New Technique For Me
I have been trying out something new today, using my pencil crayons with Sansador. I love this technique and I find it a lot easier than watercolouring. I would like to send my thanks to Annie (Ink'n'Rubba) for all her help, she has given me lots of great tips. I have use done of my new Magnolia stamps which eventually arrived this morning. I have used Liquid Applique on his clothes and added glitter to his beard for a bit of sparkle.

Arty Girlz Ribbon Challenge
The challenge at Arty Girlz this week is to use ribbon or fibres on your card. This is one of my new Tildas which came last week which I have stamped and watercoloured. I was going to add an Xmas sentiment but I think that you could also use it for a winter birthday card.

Arty Girlz Bling Challenge #8
I stamped and coloured this Tilda last night so when I saw the challenge at Arty Girlz this morning I thought this would be ideal to use with a few sparkly gem stones for the bling and there is glitter on the candle and cake but it doesn't show up.

DCM 'and Cut' Challenge
The challenge at DCM this week is to use something which is cut by hand on your card. I stamped and watercoloured the Tilda and then cut it out (hope this counts). The backing panel is mounted onto the card straight, it's the lines on the backing paper which make it look crooked!
