Cute Card Thursday 'Wheely Good Fun'

The theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is Wheely Good Fun, we would like to see something with wheels on your card. I have used some of the new Magnolia Pets + Animals Collection stamps, which I got from Sir Stampalot and Basic Grey papers. The beige coloured strip has been embossed using the Forest Branches folder, which I have only just noticed in the catalogue!

Tilda + Friends '3D Fun' Challenge

This weeks challenge at Tilda + Friends is to have some 3D work on your ATC. I have used Alf and the daisy from Magnolia and have added a couple of dragonflies in the background.

Papertake Weekly 'Delightful Downloads' Challenge

Magnolia Down Under 'Colour Combo' Challenge

This weeks challenge at Magnolia Down Under is a colour combo, you need to use brown and cream on your card with either pink, blue, or orange. I chose to use blue with the brown and cream and used these fabby My Minds Eye papers and Guitar Edwin. The stars are also Magnolia stamps, I stamped them onto the DP and ran them through the Cuttlebug with the spots and dots embossing folder.

Magnolia DT Monkey + 'Shrunk' Parrot Card

Here is another Magnolia DT card using stamps from the new Pets and Animals 09 Collection. This is just the cutest monkey and he is great to colour. I was also sent the parrot in my DT kit and there was no room to fit him on this card so I decided to stamp him on shrink plastic so he could sit on the vines! The flowers have been punched out and I have used vellum for some of them.

Cute Card Thursday 'Tag' Challenge

This weeks challenge at Cute Card Thursday is to make a tag card or to have a tag on your card. I have made a tag shaped card using Bazzill card and Cosmo Cricket papers, the Tilda is one which I found in my box that had never seen ink before!! I have embossed the top piece of card with the Cuttlebug and used lots of different punches.

This weeks challenge at Tilda and Friends is to make an ATC for Fathers Day. I have used Tyrolean Edwin and Basic Grey papers, the sentiment is printed from the PC. Magnolia DT Pets and Animals 2009 Collection

My latest Magnolia DT kit arrived this morning, I think mine must have been held up in the post as the rest of the DT seem to have received their kits last week!
Wow the new stamps are fabulous and I just love this cute little lion and couldn't wait to ink him up and make a card. I love his little paws at the back they look so cute and I have given him a very shiny nose with Glossy Accents.
I have been a bit slack with card making over the weekend as I am still trying to stick to the diet and also get a bit fitter!! We went swimming again on Sunday and I managed 50 lengths this week so I am quite pleased with myself!! Supplies
