Another quick post as I worked last night (& tonight) so I'm off for a sleep!!
Enjoy your Thursday.

Magnolia Down Under and Stamp With Fun Challenges 'Christmas'
This weeks challenge at Magnolia Down Under and Stamp With Fun is Christmas. I have used Silent Night Tilda for my card. This is such a pretty image and lovely to colour. Tilda has been coloured with Distress Inks. The flower has been distressed and I have sprayed it with Glimmer Mist so it is really sparkly but it doesn't show up in the photo.
Have a good Monday.

Dutch Dare 'Felt' Challenge
It's so long since I have joined in any challenges as my mojo went missing big time!! It seems to have returned now and I have got back into card making again. I made this card for the Dutch Dare challenge which is to use felt on your card. I am loving using Distress Inks, they are fab and here is another card coloured with them. The circles have been cut with Nesties and I have distressed the paper and sprayed the rose with Glimmer Mist. The little green flower is felt and the pine branch is cut with a Mc Gill punch.
I am planning on having a card making day tomorrow assuming Tilly gets off my desk, she loves sitting there whilst I am crafting but has to play with everything!!
Tilly looking very cute!

Cute Card Thursday 'Primary Colours' Challenge
The challenge at Cute Card Thursday is to use primary colours on your card. I think my card might just about be ok as I have used mainly red, a little blue on the flower and Edwin's jeans and there is a tiny bit of yellow on the flame in the lantern!!
To make the little scene I stamped Edwin With Christmas Lantern onto the the label which I cut using the Story Book Cartridge and the Cricut. I then masked Edwin and stamped the Winter Fence so it looks like it is in the background. I coloured the image with Distress Inks and added some Glimmer Mist to Edwin's wings and Glamour Dust for some sparkle. The flowers and swirls are cut with EK Success punches and the pine branch is from McGill. I am really enjoying colouring with Distress Inks, although I'm sure the Copics will reappear again soon!
Have a good Thursday!

The labels have been cut with the Storybook Cartridge and the Cricut and the Santa is from Magnolia. I have stamped around the edge of the white label and the green MM paper with Distress Inks and a Penny Black swirl stamp and I've spritzed with Glimmer Mists to give lots of shimmer. The fur on Santa's clothes is Distress Stickles and he has been coloured with Copics. The sentiment is printed on the PC.
