A Spoon Full of Sugar 'Summertime' Challenge
There is a new challenge blog which has just started this week called A Spoon Full of Sugar and their first challenge is 'Summertime'. I have used my beautiful new Elisabeth Bell stamp which I have coloured with Prismacolors and Sansador and added a few touches of glitter. The papers are from K + Co and the flowers are from my stash.

Cute Card Thursday 'Patterned Paper' Challenge
The challenge at Cute Card Thursday this week is to use patterned paper on your card and we have a fantastic prize of 2 free downloads from Andrea at Kaboodle Doodles to give away to 1 randomly picked winner.
I have stamped my new Dress Up Tilda and given her this cute T Shirt and Skirt outfit to wear. The papers are from Rusty Pickle and I have added glitter to her shoe laces, skirt and T Shirt. The greeting is from Hero Arts and I added 3 adhesive gems. Not a very good photo I'm afraid as it's been really dull and grey here all day.

Tilda and Friends 'Beside The Sea' Challenge
The challenge at the Tilda and Friends ATC blog this week is 'Beside The Sea', make an ATC with a seaside theme.
I decided to use my Edwin fishing stamp, which I have stamped and coloured with prismacolors and Sansador. I used chalk for the background and just added a few touches of glitter and the Magnolia birds stamp. Very quick and easy to make but not a very good photo I'm afraid.

Papertakes 'One For The Fellas' Challenge
The challenge at Papertakes this week is to make a card for a man. I have made this card using one of my favourite Penny Black stamps which I have coloured with Prismacolors and Sansador. The paper is from Dovecraft and I added a sentiment from Hero Arts and Glossy Accents to the dog's nose.

Stamp Something 'Faux' Challenge
This is the 1st time I've entered a card for the Stamp Something Challenge, the theme this week is to use something faux on your card, so I've done a bit of faux stitching on my card. The stamps are from Hero Arts and the flowers have all been stamped with pigment ink and then embossed and I've added a gem to the centres. They green card has been embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder and the Cuttlebug and I tied a piece of purple organza ribbon around the card to finish it off.

Cute Card Thursday 'Katharina's Sketch' Challenge
The challenge at Cute Card Thursday this week is to base your card on a fab sketch by Katharina and we have some 4 gorgeous Maggie stamps which Sally from from Bootiful Stampz has kindly donated, to give away to one randomly chosen winner.
I have stamped this really cute Tilda and coloured her with Prismacolors and Sansador and I added a sentiment by Hero Arts. I have cut the ovals with the Nestabilities dies in the Cuttlebug and the papers are some which I got at Crab Apple Crafts. The flower is from my stash. Another card which is not in my usual colours.

Tilda and Friends 'Birds' Challenge
The challenge at Tilda and Friends this week is to use birds or feathers on your ATC. I have stamped my favourite Tilda and coloured her with Prismacolors and Sansador and added a couple of extra birds to the ATC. I decided it needed something else so I masked off Tilda and stamped the fence, luckily it worked ok!!

Not Much Blogging
from me at the moment, I seem to be busy prepping for classes etc. I haven't been blog hopping much either as my Internet stops working most evenings after about 7 so I can't do anything which is so annoying. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon and by next week things will return to normal - actually more likely the week after as the children are on holiday next week!!

Purple Hedgehog
I made this card the other day as a quick second card for my class, last Tuesday. I have stamped and coloured the Penny Black hedgehog with Prismacolors and Sansador. The backing card has been embossed using the Cuttlebug and Swiss Dots Folder and I have added a piece of organza ribbon and some glitter to the flowers. Not a very good photo I'm afraid as my camera has gone very odd again!

Cute Card Thursday 'Holiday' Challenge
The challenge at CCT this week is to make a card using a holiday theme and we have a fab Paris Tilda to give away to one randomly chosen person.
I have made this very quick card using a Penny Black stamp which I have coloured with Prismacolors and Sansador. I have printed the sentiment off the PC and added some brads and some glitter to the flower garland - can't think what they are called!!

Tilda + Friends 'Glorious Green' Challenge
The challenge at Tilda and Friends this week is 'Glorious Green', use lots of green on your ATC. All the stamps which I have used on my ATC are from Magnolia and have been coloured with Prismacolors and Sansador. I've added lots of glitter but I still can't decide if I like this ATC or not.
Hope you're all enjoying this fab weather, I've spent the afternoon at the craft shop getting my cards ready for next Tuesday evening's demo and luckily they are nearly all done.

Magnolia Card + A New Toy
I finally decided to get myself a mini sewing machine so I could stitch on cards, I didn't want to ruin my big one!! I got this one from Argos and it's fab. I haven't had much time to play with it today as I've been doing some cleaning but it stitches lovely and is nice and easy to use.
I've made this Tilda card using some new paper and flowers which I got yesterday, it's a real change from my normal colours but I think I like it!! Tilda has been stamped and coloured with Prismacolors and Sansador and I've added some glitter for a bit of sparkle and piece of organza ribbon. I have zigzag stitched the 2 pieces of paper together, if you click on the pic you can see it better.

Friday Sketchers Challenge 1
I have based this card on the sketch over at a brand new sketch challenge blog, Friday Sketchers. The DT cards are fabulous and they have some great goodies up for grabs so why not pop over and take a look.
I have stamped Tilda and coloured her with Prismacolors and Sansador and added glitter for a bit of sparkle. The papers are from K + Co and I just added 3 little buttons and a flower to finish. Cute card Thursday 'Gems + Jewels' Challenge
The challenge at CCT this week is to use gems or jewels on your card and we have some fantastic Zoomz from The Stamp Galaxy to give away.
I have used a Penny Black stamp which I have coloured with Prismacolors and Sansador and I added a couple of Magnolia bees to fill in the gaps. I have glittered the bees wings for a bit of sparkle, put Glossy Accents on the caterpiller and added 3 little gems to the flower centres. The yellow card has been run through the Cuttlebug and the sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Tilda + Friends 'Bugs' Challenge
The challenge at Tilda and Friends this week is to have bugs on your ATC, this could be ladybirds, butterflies, dragonflies etc. I have used some of my new Magnolia stamps on my ATC and the images have been stamped and coloured with Prismacolors and Sansador. I think this Edwin is so cool, I love his spiky hair and I added a little skull and crossbones to his jumper. I put Glossy Accents on the ladybird and added words printed on the Dymo.

ArtyGirlz '3D' Challenge
The challenge at ArtyGirlz this week is 3D. I hope it's ok to use this card as it is one which I made last week ready for my card making class tonight - I hope they like it!! The little footballer stamp is from Inkadinkadoo and I have coloured him with Marvy LePlumes and 3D the football. The background is stamped with a Magnolia star stamp and the greeting is cut with the All Mixed Up cartridge for the Cricut. The red card has been embossed using the Cuttlebug and I added 3 black gems.
I made mine in black and red but I am going to leave it up to the ladies to decide which colours they want to use, so they can hopefully match it to a football team of their choice.

Papertakes 'Accordian Fold' Challenge
The challenge at Papertakes this week is to make an Accordian fold card. I have cheated slightly because I didn't do all the folds but I couldn't get anything to look right!
I have used 3 girl stamps from Exclusive Images which I have coloured with Prismcolors and Sansador and then added some glitter for a bit of bling. I mounted the images onto black Kanban card and cerise embossed card. I added 3 gems to each panel and the alphabet stickers are some which I bought off QVC about 8 years ago!

TGIF 'Pirates' Challenge
The theme at TGIF challenge this week is 'Pirates', this has given the perfect opportunity to use this cute Sugar Nellie pirate stamp. I have stamped the image and coloured it with Prismacolors and Sansador and I added Glossy Accents to the buckles and knife handle. I have embossed the red card with a Cuttlebug and the Swiss Dots folder. The greeting is from Studio G and the base card is stamped with a Magnolia skull stamp.
We went to get the paint for the kitchen last night and decided on the colour, Tarragon, but we saw that it's on offer this weekend so we'll have to go back later today to get it plus I want to get a few bits for the garden as well.

Cute Card Thursday 'In The Garden' Challenge
The challenge at CCT this week is 'In The Garden', anything to do with gardens is fine for the challenge as long as it's cute!!
I have used one of my new High Hopes stamps, Bethany Angel for this challenge, isn't she sweet. I have coloured her with Prismacolors and Sansador and added lots of glitter to her wings. The papers are from K + Co and the flowers and buttons are from my stash. I ran the yellow paper through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. Once the card was put together I decided it needed a sentiment , luckily it stamped ok!
It's lovely and sunny here at the moment, hope it's nice wherever you are. I'm off to the craft shop this afternoon to get my demo cards made for next Tuesday and then we should be going to buy the paint for the kitchen tonight, lime green, hubby doesn't really agree but I spend the most time in there!!
