Tilda and Friends 'Pick Your Favourite' Challenge
The challenge at Tilda and Friends this week is to use your favourite image on your ATC. I have used Alva with Flower from Magnolia, she is so sweet and I love using the more unusual Magnolia images for my cards. Alva has been coloured with Copics and the papers are from MM. I have coloured her flower so hopefully it looks like a poinsettia!
Have a good Wednesday.

Papertakes 100th Challenge
Wow this week is the 100 Papertakes Challenge, I can't believe there have been so many and I have been in the DT since the beginning on 1st Oct 2007. To celebrate this weeks challenge is to pick your favourite Papertakes challenge from the last 99 and to use it for your card. I have chosen a challenge from May 25th this year 'Scrap This' to use up some of your scraps on your card. Each member of the DT has a fab prize to give away so don't forget to check out all the DT members blogs and leave a comment and you could be in with a chance of winning their prize.
My prize is a Sugar Nellie 'Country Garden' stamp, some floral ribbon and lots of Prima flowers. So just leave me a comment and I will randomly pick a winner next week - good luck!!!
I have used an Alva image by Magnolia for my card, she is such a cutie and I took a break from my ususal colours and went for something more summery.

This weeks challenge at Cute Card Thursday is to either sew, tear or distress some or all of the edges on your card. I have used Basic Grey Marrakesh papers and the super cute Alva with Flower stamp from Magnolia.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolors as I am still practising with my Copics. I have managed to make 2 DT cards but I am still not very happy with the faces. Any advice would be gratefully received.Supplies

Cute Card Thursday 'Create A Scene' Challenge
The challenge at Cute Card Thursday this week is to create a scene on your card. I have used one of the new Alva stamps and the toadstool from the Jingle Jangle Collection and other Magnolia stamps.
I took the photo last night using my new Mini Photo Studio, the colours are very good on the main image, it's just the stamped image on the base card which looks a bit pale I think I need to have a bit of a practice positioning the lights! I think it might be better with the white backdrop so I will have a try later when I've had my hair cut. It hasn't been done since July so it will be a shock going red and short again!!
This one is taken with a white backdrop, I think the one above is better. Will have to experiment with it I think!
Supplies
Stamps: Magnolia - Sitting Alva, Toadstool, Edwin's House, Log, Ant, Toadstools, SU Sanded, Hero Arts - Sentiment
Tools: Prismacolors, Glossy Accents, Chalks, SU Punch, Button
