CCT Vintage

The theme at CCT this week is Vintage. I have made a card for my daughter's birthday as she will be 23 on Saturday. We are off to London for the weekend to watch the Six Day London cycling, really looking forward to it.

CCT Lace or Frills

The theme at CCT this week is Lace or Frills. The papers on my card are Maja Design and the dies are from Spellbinders and Martha Stewart. Not my usual style of card but I enjoyed making it.

I am giving my eldest daughter this card for her 24th birthday, gosh that makes me feel very old saying that! 

Its my 50th birthday next week and we are all off to Berlin for 6 nights to celebrate, I'm really looking forward to it and hopefully it will make been 50 not so bad.

CCT Anything But A Card

The theme at CCT this week is Anything But A Card. I made a bottle treat hanger to match my daughter's birthday card to put on her bottle of Prosecco. The papers are Maja design and I have added lots of flowers and a Martha Stewart punched butterfly and Magnolia fronds.

CCT Lace and Pearls

The theme at CCT this week is Lace and Pearls. Its my daughter's 22nd birthday tomorrow and this is the card I have made for her. The papers are Maja Design and I have added various flowers, pearls and lace which I had in my stash. The shaped dies cuts are Go Kreate and the fronds are from Magnolia. I painted the little wooden birdcage with gesso, this was in a set of 10 which were a bargain from The Works for £1. The sentiment is made with a Lisa Bernstein font off the PC.

CCT Add A Quote

This weeks theme at CCT is Add A Quote. I made my card with Maya design paper and a Stempelglede sentiment stamped onto a Spellbinders die cut oval, which I then layered onto a fancy oval. The colours are lovely light purples but for some reason I couldn't get them to photograph very well.

The flowers and leaves are cut with Tim Holtz tiny tattered flowers dies out of matching paper. I added some glitter to the flowers and some pearls.

CCT Girls, Girls, Girls

The theme at CCT this week is Girls, Girls, Girls. I have used Maja Design papers for my card and a matching image. The flowers are cut with the Tim Holtz Tattered Floral die and I have added some cheesecloth and Shabby White Fran-Tage. The border and corner are cut with Magnolia DooHickey dies.

CCT Anything Goes

This weeks theme at CCT is Anything Goes. I have made another picture frame using the Tim Holtz Cabinet die and Maja Design papers. The flowers were made with the Spellbinders Bitty Blossom dies and the leaves are a Magnolia Sprawling Ferns die. I added some berries, a birch cone, lace and some cheesecloth and then finished off with Shabby White Fran-tage, Glamour Dust and snowtex. I have cut an easel with the Tim Holtz easel die so that the picture will stand up.
