Magnolia DT, Papertake and Tilda and Friends Challenges

Well I don't post anything for nearly a week and then just like the buses 3 come along at once!!!

The first 2 cards are for this weeks Papertake challenge, I had already made the Tilda and Horse card when my Magnolia DT kit with the new Lazy Summer Days stamps arrived so I decided to make another card using Dawns fab sketch. The new stamps are so cute and I love Tilda's new hairdo - I have just had a change to mine as well, short and dark red!!
The new stamps can be pre ordered from Sir Stampalot.This weeks theme at Tilda and Friends is to use only black, white and grey on your ATC. I have used the Magnolia sheep stamp and some MME papers.Supplies

Cute Card Thursday 'Eyelet' Challenge

This weeks challenge at Cute Card Thursday is to use eyelets on your card. I have made a quick card using an older Tilda image and Basic Grey Marrakesh papers, the ribbon is threaded through 2 eyelets. I'm sorry about the poor photo!

Papertake Weekly and Tilda and Friends Challenges

This weeks challenge at Papertakes is a colour combo. I have used yellow and green as my colours and the fabby Peek-A-Boo Ridley download from Digital Delights, who are sponsoring this weeks challenge.

Cute Card Thursday 'Christmas In July'

This weeks challenge at Cute Card Thursday is Christmas In July. I have used Edwin skiing by Magnolia for my card. I love this stamp and the Tilda skiing, they are so cute and perfect for any winter themed card. Edwin has been coloured with Copics and the scrummy papers are from Stampin Up. The brown 'gems' are punched circles with Glossy Accents on top, they look quite realistic!

Papertake Challenge

There is another fab sketch by Dawn at Papertake this week. I have used a super cute image from Pink Petticoat, who are sponsoring this weeks challenge with a great prize up for grabs so why not check out the challenge here.
I thought these Basic Grey Lime Rickey papers were perfect with the image. The froggy has Glossy Accents on his eyes and there is some glitter on the toadstool.

Papertakes 'Favourite Things' + Tilda + Friends Challenges

This weeks Papertakes challenge is to have your favourite things on your card. Well my fav stamps are Magnolia (no suprise there!!) and cats are my fav animals so this image which I have coloured with Copics is perfect for the challenge. I also love the EK Success retro flower punches and my new Mc Gill branch punch and photo corner punch. We have a fab prize on offer this week so why not check out the challenge here.

Toodles + Binks DT Card

Here is another DT card using the new releases from Toodles and Binks, which are available from The Stamp Galaxy. I have used the fab Rose Tapestry background stamp which is huge but stamps perfectly and one of the lovely new sentiments. The image is coloured with with Copics and I used Nestabilities Labels 4 to cut out the sentiment. The butterfly is a Cuttlebug cut and emboss die.
Sorry about the bad photo but the weather is terrible here! If you click on the pic you can see the colours much better.

Magnolia Down Under Challenge

This weeks Magnolia Down Under challenge is a fab sketch. I decided to use an old Magnolia wedding car stamp which I bought ages ago and have only just got round to using. The papers are from My Minds Eye and are a lovely soft black but they are impossible to photograph properly!!

Toodles + Binks DT Card 'Explore'

There have been some new stamp releases from Toodles and Binks and this is a card I have made using the 'Explore' stamp, isn't it cute, I love the cats tail curled round her leg. The stamps are available from The Stamp Galaxy along with the other new release which is a beautiful rose stamp.
