The image is coloured with Copics and I have used a Sue Wilson die for the background. I love this die but unfortunately it doesn't cut very well. CCT One Layer Card

This weeks theme at CCT is One Layer card. I made with my with Neenah Desert Storm card and Copics. The Copics coloured the card really well but they do still bleed through to the back a bit so I will have to put an insert in the card. I have added glossy accents to the berries to make them shiny. I think I will be making more of these cards as they are very quick and easy to do.

CCT Lots of Love

It's Thursday again so time for another CCT challenge which this week is Lots of Love, so it's just in time for all those Valentines cards. I have made another tag, I seem to make more tags than cards these days. I cut the tag with a Tim Holtz die and used Recollections papers. I cut the hearts with another Tim Holtz die out of the paper and then twice more out of chipboard so they are quite thick. I inked all the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and added Glossy Accents to the small heart so it's nice and shiny. The tag is finished off with a piece of twine and crinkle ribbon and I also machine stitched around the DP. Hopefully hubby won't look at my blog this week as I thought this would be perfect for his Valentine's card.
