Cute Card Thursday Challenge
This weeks challenge at Cute Card Thursday is to make a drinks themed card. I have used Tyrolean Edwin for my card and he has been coloured with Distress Inks. The fab papers are from Kaiser Craft and I have stamped them with a Penny Black swirl stamp. I have used the same stamp around the edge of the main image which has been cut with a Nesties die. The blue paper is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder and then highlighted with Distress ink (Vintage Photo I think!). The froth on the beer is Liquid Applique.
I pre ordered some of the new Xmas Magnolia stamps from Sir Stampalot yesterday I can't wait for them to arrive, they are all gorgeous! If you haven't seen them yet pop over here and take a look.

Supplies
Stamps: Magnolia - Tyrolean Edwin, Happy Birthday Sentiment, Penny Black - Snowflake Swirl
Tools: Distress Ink, Cuttlebug, Embossing Folder, Wizard, Nesties, EK Success Punches, String, Button,

TMTA Autumn
I decided to have a play with my Alcohol Inks today, it must be about a year since I last had a 'mess' with them, you should see the colour of my hands, but they are great fun to play with!!! The beautiful stamp is from Crafty Individuals and I decided to use the background (which is much shinier than it looks in the photo) and image to make an ATC for this weeks TMTA challenge which is Autumn. I can't believe how many wrens there are about at the moment which is fab as they are 1 of my favourite birds.
I didn't get very far with the housework and it's nearly time to start making tea now, stuffed marrow - yummy!

Another 'Different' Christmas Card
This is another Xmas card using an Inkadinkado stamp which is so unlike my normal 'cutesy' cards. I love this English Robin stamp (although mine looks nothing like a robin!!). It's the first time in over a year that I have messed around with inks and lots of different stamps etc and I had great fun and made a bit of a mess as well!!
The robin has been stamped in brown and coloured with Prismacolors and I distressed and stamped a Penny Black snow swirl stamp around the edges (this doesn't show up on the photo very well). The red card has been Cuttlebugged, sanded and then as it was too dark I swiped a white inkpad over the top. I stamped the same swirl over the background paper and added some lace and a flower and pine branches. I have used Glimmer Mists on the bird and the red card but it doesn't show up in the photo and the cream card is distressed and then stamped with a Hero Arts sentiment.
I have just treated myself to a couple more Glimmer Mists and 2 Tim Holtz stamps, so I hope they arrive tomorrow so I can use them over the weekend. Have a good Friday!
Supplies
Stamps: Inkadinkado - English Robin, Hero Arts - Sentiment, Penny Black - Snow Swirl
Tools: Prismacolors, SU Punch, Distress Inks, Cuttlebug, Pearls, Glossy Accents, McGill Pine Branch Punch, Flowers, Lace
